We stand behind the craftsmanship of every Godspeed New York piece. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Overview

  • Return window: 14 days from delivery for eligible items.
  • Condition: New, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
  • US returns: Prepaid label available; $9.95 is deducted from your refund.
  • Exclusions: Limited drops, final sale, customized, underwear, face coverings.
  • Refund timing: 5–10 business days after inspection to the original payment method.
Limited drops are often final sale due to scarcity. Please review size guides or contact us before purchasing.

Eligibility & Condition Requirements

To keep standards high for all customers, returned items must meet the following:

  • New, unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, or damage.
  • All original tags, stickers, accessories, and branded packaging included.
  • Footwear must be tried indoors only and shipped back in the original shoe box (inside an outer shipping box).
  • Accessories must be returned sealed if originally sealed.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll prioritize a replacement or refund.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and issue an RMA with instructions and a return label (US orders).
  3. Pack securely. Use original packaging where possible. Include any accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship within 7 days of RMA approval. Keep your drop-off receipt for tracking.

Note: US return labels are available for convenience. A $9.95 label fee is deducted from the refund. You may also use your own insured shipping at your cost.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer quick exchanges for the same item if inventory allows.

  • Request an exchange in your email to support.
  • Once your return is scanned in transit, we’ll reserve the exchange item for 7 days.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue store credit or a refund per your preference.

Refunds & Processing Time

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method 5–10 business days after your return is delivered and inspected.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
  • Bank or card processing times can add 2–5 business days.
  • Store credit (if selected) is issued immediately after approval and does not expire.
Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account or card statement.
  2. Contact your bank or card issuer—there is often processing time before a refund is posted.
  3. If you still need help, email us with your RMA.

International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
  • Customs duties and VAT paid at checkout or on delivery are non-refundable by us. You may reclaim taxes locally where applicable.
  • Mark the parcel as “Return of Goods” to avoid additional import charges. We cannot accept COD shipments.

Additional Terms

  • Order changes and cancellations: Contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. We start processing quickly and can’t guarantee edits after this window.
  • Wrong address or refused deliveries: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Undeliverable or refused parcels may incur a return-to-sender fee.
  • Price adjustments: One-time adjustment within 7 days if an identical item, size, and color is marked down and still in stock.
  • Holiday extension: Orders placed Nov 15–Dec 31 may be returned until Jan 15 (final sale and limited drops excluded).

Frequently Asked

Are limited drops final sale?

Many limited releases are marked final sale due to scarce inventory. Any final sale status appears on the product page and during checkout.

Can I return items purchased from other retailers?

We can only assist with orders placed directly on godspeedclothingbrand.com. For third‑party purchases, contact the retailer you purchased from.

What if my item is defective or incorrect?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping for verified issues.

Do you offer store credit?

Yes. Choose store credit for the fastest turnaround—it’s issued as soon as your return is approved and never expires.
